StrongMinds is a non-profit organization that helps African Women to overcome Depression, a mental illness that affects their daily life. 

 

According to the World Health Organization, there are more than 264 million people suffering from this mental disorder all over the world.  In fact, in Africa 66 million women suffer from this disorder and 85 % do not have access to treatment.

This organization has already helped more than 2 million women in Africa by providing  treatments and group therapies not only for these women but for their families as well.
