who has not been stress in their entire life? Well, probably many of you have felt stress for issues at work, school, or even personal situations that is out of our hands, but our brain keeps thinking about it, unconsciously!

stress, nervous, anxious, worried, overwhelmed
No More Stress

I can totally relate to the lady on my left, in front of my computer, stress about completing my assignments on time and study to get a good grade in my finals!

I am pretty sure, I am not the only one! ufff!

Some of the causes that could make you feel stress are: Pressure, adapting to new changes, worry about the minimum circumstances, meeting responsibilities, overwhelmed situations, and/or uncertainty.

I think I have felt all that causes stress in my entire life, but much in my adolescent to adult stage, where responsibilities increase at a rapid pace. I can't forget that when you have kids, the stress is worse, moms and dads could relate to this. It is not easy to work, study, and raise kids at the same time, you can go insane, literately!

Sometimes you feel you cannot make it anymore! It seems that you are going to collapse and lose it.

Well, don't worry it is normal to feel like this, but I will give you some tips that have helped me to overcome stress and feel relax and I would share it with you guys so you can feel better and more relax.

  • Exercise, yes! Exercise: Walk, run, jump the rope, dance, walk the dog, or if you have the chance to go to the gym, do weights and cardio for at least 45 minutes.

  • Go out with friends and laugh as much as possible: Laughing releases endorphins that reduces the trigger of stress

  • Stay away from your computer and cellphones: Being on the screen for many hours is not healthy for your eyes but more for your brain

  • Read: Reading can make you forget your concerns or issues for a moment

  • Go to the beach and listen to the waves: I love going to the beach and feel the breeze and the sounds of the waves

  • Listen to music that can help you relax, such as classic or instrumental music

  • Sleep 8 hours everyday, I know it is difficult but it would help you feel renovated the next day

  • Drink water, yes water hydrates your body and your brain

  • Do not eat Yunk food

  • Do not drink too many cups of coffee, I mean I love coffee but drinking too many cups can cause anxiety

"Just don't overthink, relax, live life, and enjoy each day and be grateful of the things you already have"
