Living a healthy lifestyle is not easy at all. There are different factors that you need to include in your new lifestyle, actually is more about getting into good habits, but the decision to make these changes is on you!


Certainly, many people think living healthy is just eating horrible vegetables and making diets, or exercising four hours daily to burn the unwelcome calories.


Let me tell you: "living healthy is eating different types of foods that of course include vegetables and fruits ( in different ways and styles), but they don't have to be boring at all."


Besides incorporating fruits and vegetables, exercising is important as well. However, it doesn't mean you have to kill yourself at the gym for four or six hours everyday. Indeed, having an exercise routine helps a lot. For instance, personalize your workouts, remember not everyone is the same and our pace is different as well.


Make up time for your routines, at least fifteen minutes to half an hour can make a huge difference, and please, don't forget to drink plenty of water.


According to the UCHealth, our total body weight is about 60 percent of water. In other words, more than 50 percent of our body needs water, including our brain. Certainly, water provides many benefits, therefore, do not think twice about drinking water in your new healthy lifestyle.


Definitely, doing these little changes provides a healthy mind and helps you to reduce stress. In fact as stated by the the American Psychological Association (APA), almost above 44 percent of Americans have reported a high level of stress. This implies that we as a society, are constantly living circumstances that jeopardize our mental state.
