Every single person needs to create a space and connection between your body, soul, and brain. We are living a real and difficult situation towards the Pandemic that hit all of us last year. I am pretty sure many of you have seen this experience as a positive way to connect with yourselves. Sometimes, we just live our lives in a rush, thinking about what needs to be done the day after, if we finished a task, or worried about what the future will bring.
You are not alone! I have felt this way and after the Pandemic, I have learned to appreciate the little things live offers and learned to be grateful just by waking up alive another day.

As I mentioned before, we have to learn to create a connection between the body, mind, and soul. In other words, we have to know our inner self and the best way to do this is through meditation. Meditation aligns those connections to avoid stress, anxiety, or even a bad mood. Believe me, you don't want to make the wrong decision just because you were mad or furious, therefore, meditate before making an important decision to avoid regrets.
Practicing meditation may create a better state of mind and it would help you relax and eliminate stress.
Meditation
Eliminates
Stress!
Certainly, Meditation could be really helpful to overcome the stressors of this Pandemic. Breathing deeply in and out for at least 20 minutes can make a difference. I usually meditate in the morning on top of a mat. Then, I begin to breath deeply until my mind get lost into a beautiful scene. Some experts recommend to practice meditation every single day, but I practice at least 4 days during the week and it makes a difference, believe it or not!
